Refund policy

This refund policy contains information regarding order changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. By purchasing from Midnight Made®, you agree to our policies.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed (or a proof/mockup is approved for personalized or customized items), it is automatically linked and submitted as-is to one of our production partners. You CANNOT cancel or make any changes to your order after it has been submitted. Please review your order and verify your payment and shipping details before you purchase.

WRONG, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Check your item as soon as you receive it, and contact us immediately if there is an issue. Include clear photos of the item(s) and an explanation of the problem. After we receive your photos, we will evaluate the issue. If you are eligible for a returnless refund or replacement, you do NOT need to return the wrong, damaged, or defective item(s).

Custom photo items are not considered defective (and not eligible for refunds or replacements) if you submitted a photo that did not follow our recommended photo guidelines.

If you are not satisfied with your item for another reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can promptly evaluate the issue.

RETURNS

If you want to return your item (for a reason other than it being wrong, damaged, or defective), please contact us. Returns need approval, and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item is a physical item (NOT a license, upgrade, add-on, gift card, or printable/digital download).

- The item is NOT an intimate, health, or hygiene product.

- The item is NOT personalized or customized in any way.

- The item is in original new condition (NOT worn, washed, or used in any way).

- You contact us within 30 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 45 days of delivery.

Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable. If the item is not returned in its original new condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the refund. 

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If your return is accepted, you will be refunded on your original payment method, and it can take a few days for your refund to show up in your account.

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange your item (for a reason other than it being wrong, damaged, or defective), it will automatically be treated as a return. See the RETURNS section for details on returns.

You can purchase your new exchanged item at any time.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be refunded (but please contact us if you have an issue):

- Printables and other digital downloads

- Gift cards

- Upgrades or add-ons, including design licenses

- Intimate, health, or hygiene products

- Personalized or customized items

- Custom photo items that printed poorly due to the customer not following the recommended photo guidelines

- Items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way

- Items that got lost in transit or lost upon delivery more than 30 days ago

- Items that were delivered more than 30 days ago

- Items that were not delivered correctly due to customer error (incorrect or incomplete shipping details during checkout, expired forwarding addresses, etc.)

SPECIAL NOTE FOR PRINTABLES AND OTHER DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

BEFORE you purchase, make sure you know how to work with the file types and they are compatible with your software, printing machine, or printing service. We do not offer instructions or tutorials on how to use your files, and there are NO CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS for digital downloads.
