We also create fun and functional notebooks, journals, planners, and more books for all your writing, doodling, and organizing needs, as well as cute printables, digital downloads, and DIY craft resources to help you plan, create, and decorate for all your special events and holidays!

Midnight Made® is a family-owned and operated venture that began as a small late-night creative outlet many years ago, and then, in 2016, became an official national and international brand of original designs and unique gifts sure to delight! DO YOU OFFER ANY BULK DISCOUNTS?

Yes! Purchase ANY 3 or more items from our shop, and get 10% off your total order. Add all 3 items to your cart, and enter BUY3SAVE10 at checkout—it’s that simple!

If you need to buy several of the same items for a special party or event, contact us to ask about our volume discounts. Please include details about what you need. 

CAN I PERSONALIZE OR CUSTOMIZE AN ITEM?

If you want to personalize and/or customize an item, you must purchase a listing that specifically asks for your personalization or customization information – most of those listings are in our custom section. If you can’t find what you are looking for or you have a specific request, please contact us BEFORE you purchase.

Please note our refund policy for personalized or customized items: Because of the nature of these items, we CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY PERSONALIZED AND/OR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS. If your item is wrong, damaged, or defective, please send us clear photos of the item(s), so we can evaluate the issue.

CAN I PUT MORE THAN ONE PHOTO ON A CUSTOM PHOTO ITEM AND HOW DO I SEND MY PHOTOS TO YOU?

If the item can accommodate more than 1 photo, you will see that as an option on the product description page.

You can directly email your photo(s) to hello@midnight-made.com.

For best results, please follow our photo guidelines, and make sure you send it as an “actual size” full resolution photo. Most “actual size” full resolution photos are at least 3000 pixels on the short side. Don’t forget to include your order number (with any special instructions) in your message, and check back for a reply message with your proof/mockup to approve.

WILL MY PHOTO WORK FOR MY CUSTOM PHOTO ITEM?

For best printing results, follow our photo guidelines listed below. Please understand we cannot send replacements or issue refunds for items with photos that did not follow these guidelines.

DOs: Clear, bright, original, uncropped, straight-on photos including every feature you want printed on the item.

DON’Ts: Blurry or grainy photos, screenshots or downloads from any websites (the quality is too low), far away photos (they lose quality when cropped), cropped photos (they were probably too far away and lost quality when cropped).

If you are still not sure if your photo will work, you can send it to us to review BEFORE you purchase. You can email your photo(s) to hello@midnight-made.com.

CAN I SEE A PROOF/MOCKUP OF MY CUSTOM ORDER BEFORE I PURCHASE IT?

We can review your custom request and/or photos before you purchase, and we can give you feedback on whether or not they will work. However, we cannot edit photos or artwork before a purchase is made.

After you purchase, we meticulously edit your photo, create your custom design, and usually send a proof/mockup to you within 3 business days.

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE OR GIFT WRAPPING WITH MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate gift messages or gift wrapping at this time. All of our products are designed in our studio, but most of them are printed by our production partners’ professional printing facilities because we do not have all the necessary equipment to print our own products. Our production partners do not have a gift message or gift wrapping system in place yet.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed (or a proof/mockup is approved for personalized or customized items), it is automatically linked and submitted as-is to one of our production partners. You CANNOT cancel or make any changes to your order after it has been submitted. Please review your order and verify your payment and shipping details before you purchase.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ITEM? CAN I GET IT FASTER?

All of our products are made to order (not pre-made in stock) and individually printed, so they take some time to print and ship. Processing + Shipping = Total turnaround time of 4-11 business days (sometimes a little longer around busy holidays). We CANNOT offer rush processing at this time. We CAN offer priority mail shipping for some items. If it is available, you will see it as an option during checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Priority Mail is charged PER ITEM. Choosing priority mail DOES NOT mean your items will be printed faster. Priority Mail only means that after your items are printed, packaged, and shipped, they will generally (not guaranteed) be delivered to USA locations within 3 business days.

If you are concerned about your item possibly not arriving in time for when you want it, please ask us for a custom “Your gift is on the way” image. We know it’s not as good as the real thing, but you can send it digitally or print it on regular paper or as a 4x6 photo and give it as a placeholder until the real gift is delivered.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER IT SHIPS?

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can enter your tracking number on the following websites. If you ordered multiple items in 1 order, sometimes they ship separately and you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Almost all of our packages are delivered by the US Postal Service (USPS), but some of our packages start with DHL Ecommerce or UPS shipping first. If USPS tracking shows “pre-transit,” “pre-shipment,” “currently awaiting package,” or “on its way to USPS,” it just means your package is still in transit with DHL or UPS first and has not been transferred to USPS for final delivery yet. Sometimes tracking updates are delayed, especially around holidays. Check again in a few days. If you still don't see any updates or haven't received your package, please contact us.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Refer to your tracking to check the status of your package – where/when it was last scanned and where/when it was delivered (if it was already delivered).

If your shipping address is wrong, please understand we cannot send replacements or issue refunds for items that did not get delivered correctly due to wrong, incomplete, or non-working/expired forwarding addresses. If we receive your package returned to us, we can re-ship it to you for a re-ship fee. This fee covers the actual cost of re-shipping as well as any additional processing fees we may be charged (by our selling platform and/or our production partner) to re-ship this item. If we (or our production partner) do not receive your package returned to us, you can re-purchase the item.

If your address is correct and tracking does not show delivered, and it has been longer than 21 days (from your order date) with no recent tracking updates, please contact us.

If your address is correct and tracking shows delivered, check with your household members, neighbors, rental manager, and local carrier. If you and your carrier cannot find the package, please contact us.

You must contact us within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS WRONG, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE?

Check your item as soon as you receive it, and contact us immediately if there is an issue. Include clear photos of the item(s) and an explanation of the problem. After we receive your photos, we will evaluate the issue. If you are eligible for a returnless refund or replacement, you do NOT need to return the wrong, damaged, or defective item(s).

Custom photo items are not considered defective (and not eligible for refunds or replacements) if you submitted a photo that did not follow our recommended photo guidelines.

If you are not satisfied with your item for another reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can promptly evaluate the issue.

WHAT IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ITEM?

If you want to return your item (for a reason other than it being wrong, damaged, or defective), please contact us. Returns need approval, and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refer to our refund policy for details.
